Has anyone done business with these guys lately? I returned a set of Sportster shocks that were delivered on the 9th of March. Since then I can't seem to get through via phone or e-mail. There into me for $200 and I have that feeling I'm never going to see it. I will let you all know if I get my $ back.

Trak-Tek USED to be a great company to deal with. Recently, something has happened were communication has become very poor and their custome service has slipped. The best thing to do would be to call them until you talk with Chris. Leaving messages is useless, so make sure you get a person on the other end and you should be fine.
