Has anyone had any dealings with Bitchin Baggers? I'm having a hell of a time trying to reach them. I sent a set of shocks to be lowered. I got a USPS notice that they were delivered on the 18th. I called on the 19th and they said the shocks had gotten there that day (the 19th) and I should have them on the 24th or 25th. They're still not here on the 26th. I understand that things sometime happen, but the thing is I can't reach them by phone. I've called multiple times even before I sent the shocks to them, and 9 out of 10 times it just goes to voicemail, which they have not returned a single time. They do not respond to email either. They were quick to take my money, but this has to be some of the poorest customer service I've ever experienced. I did talk to him twice, once to say the shocks were on the way to him, then again when I placed my order and paid up (the 19th), but nothing since. Anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have an insider way of reaching them? The Lone Star Rally is just over a week away and I'm anxious to get them on and dialed in before it happens.

Been awhile since I used them but they were reliable. Took about week and a half or so from the time I sent to getting them back. I looked up the place on Google Earth once and it looks like a small place in a strip mall type setting. I doubt the place is much bigger than a Kinko's store. Probably only a couple people (or less) working there.

Maybe, but like I said I've called and left messages many times over a span of two weeks without a return call or email response. Did any of you get your shocks done? How do you like them? Edit....I just checked my phone this morning and he did return my call at 9:30 last night. He tracked the package to Splendora Tx, so they should be here today. Thanks for the replies.
