A word on Works Performance Shocks
A few weeks ago I ordered some Chromed DRS / ARS Street trackers from Works. When I called, they asked many questions about my weight, % of time 2 up, riding experience etc. so that they could custom make my shocks. I was impressed with the attention to detail.
When I got my shocks they looked great. The soft portion of the spring was perfect, the more stiff part was a little to harsh. My 30 day "Performance Guarantee" periodhad expired. I called and spoke with Tom. He said "Noproblem, send them back to us and we willhave the engineer take a look and correct the issue". The day after I sent them(overnight) the engineer called, asked a few questions and said that he would revalve them and put a slightly lighter spring. They came in today, (2 day shipping back to me)just put them on and will know the results in the morning.
I am very impressed with their customer service and effort to make the shocks perfect.These things are heavy duty too. Nice work. Will let you know the results tomorrow.
