I apologize for my ignorance on this issue, and understand its 101 stuff for most of you. But what is the difference between the Dyno Power Commander and the Screaming Eagle Race Tuner Kit?
Bought a new '07 SG and putting on some Rhineys with the SE air cleaner, and was gonna go with SERT, but the dealer told me they are back ordered till May. But they have the Power Commander in stock and wouldnt have to wait, and its $100 cheaper.
What is the difference between the two? Should I wait, or does it matter?

I'm an idiot i know, but thanks for your help.
The fact that they're back ordered should tell you something. Lots of people switching to SERT with the 07 ECMs. Doa Search and you'll find a ton of stuff. Here's some recent reading material https://www.hdforums.com/m_1428492/tm.htm.
My $.02. Put themufflers on now (assuming they're just slip ons and not a complete exhaust with new head pipes) and get it to sound like a Harley....You'll have to wait for SERT or PC III before you can install the A/C. This way after ridinga few months you'll really appreciate how much the A/C and SERT (or PC III) woke up your bike.
M&M cycle has a special on SERTs. i'd go there before the dealer! Also, if some mechanic said it is ok to not run a SERT or PC when you ONLY replace with slip-ons and a AN BS, he is full of it. especially on the new ones. they already run lean from the factory, and they will definately run even leaner if you change these two items out. each to their own, but the mechanic nor HD will cover your bike if you convert the items and end up frying the engine.
