Good for you, mine is a 2005 and I don't regret buying it for one minute.

My Springer is 9 years old and has almost 75k on her and no issues what so ever with the ride but each to their own. Also, no issues with maintenance either.

With time you might even get to like her better and better too.

I heard the Springers are becoming collectible like the old FXR's have become. I doubt the MoCo will ever bring it back so that might make them more desirable over time. Anything Softail get's my attention.

I have a dna 10 over springer 42 degree rake. People talk negative on the dna springer but I love mine works great and looks good. Anyone else have a dna as well. Was thinking of upgrade to a sugar bear but cant really afford 3 grand right now

I got my 2005 Fxstsi (Springer Classic)as a 16th birthday present and I'm definitely in love with it. However, I ride my '06 FLSTSI (Heritage Springer) lot more because the riding position is more comfortable for longer rides.

Springer front ends are eye candy, I fall in love with my bikes each time I look at them.
