Gotta say, I think you really took a chance of her writing down your lic plate number, calling her Daddy, and handling it the old fashioned way, Texas style (I think they call it). But...still ... that's will be a lesson she will not soon forget!
I have to admit, I alsohave been reduced to using somewhat similartactics with my own kids and their friends in the good 'ol days .... Not about the beating up part,though...As mad as I can get, I am just notascrapper ... But, I will go all out to get their attentionand remedy a situation. It really does work.
a buddy told me of a trip in vancouver last summer where this woman was yakking on the cel weaving in and out of traffic and cut hima and a buddy off repeatedly. at a red light the guy my buddy was with got off his ride, walked up to the window, reached in and ripped the turn signal indicator off and handed it to her. he said "here you weren't using it anyway" then my buddy and this guy continued on their way with this female sitting there holding her phone in one hand and her turn signal lever in the other.
Awwwww, come on Maniac. How could you do something that outlandish to those girls and be able to keep a straight face? Heck, you could see the driver was probably dribbling spit down her chin tryin to appolgize while the passenger was so dumb struck, she couldn't find the door handle to jump out and run for her life. Geeze guy, the smell from the inside of the car the second time you put your face down to her window had to tell ya something terrible just happened in there. 8-)
Did the same thing here lastfall after being cut off by 4 young girls (all on cell phones) on the highway. I follwed them off the highway ,no turn signals, they weaved through traffic , again no signals and stopped at a light about 1.5 car lengths into the intersection. I got off the bike and tapped on the window. Now , I am wearing all black leather with a black face protector and goggles. She runsthe window down, still talking with her left hand on the phone . I said, excuse me, reached in tore it from her fingers, and said "now you can use your signals", and ground it into the pavement with my cowboy boots. Got back on my bike and road away. It felt real good, real good. ..Mark...
