i myself get a kick out of it, people can call me whatever and have done so ever since i can remember, thats fine... i kinda like being called those things because people dont have a clue as to who and what i am, and that has served me well over the years.. im not a tough guy, but i dont take much crap off anyone and i dont look for a fight either.... i consider my self "just me" and no-one has to like it
or scooter trash, scooter bum, harley trash, and so forth and so on.
Mainly because they are acknowledging me as a person with as much
right to be on this earth, as they do. One time I heard two ladies talking
and one of them said yeah he's " one of those people " and it made me
feel like they were looking down there noses at me, and I did not deserve
the air that I breathed, but I held my peace and I really did not want
to start anything inside a church, the house of God

I see so many clean cut guys out on their street glides on the weekend. That's great, more power to em. Every one of them however, and i mean EVERY one has a scowl, and is trying his best to look mean. It's comical, as if that's how they think they have to look.
I've been on a street bike since '80/'81. Looked in the mirror while riding Sat and i had a big ol' grin on my face. I'm covered in tats, got the long hair, but i sure as hell didn't look tuff with that stupid grin.

I ride and Im a motorcycle enthusiast. My brand has nothing to do with this. I don't support MoCo and don't give a half a **** what lifecycle theyre selling... I love the bike, and that's it.

Here in northern Virginia 9 out of 10 bikes are harley's. The riders range from 20 to 60 yrs old. So at lest around these parts, I don't think people see Harley riders as " Bikers". They see us as they should. Just people who love to ride Motorcycles.

I just ride and don't care what anybody calls me. I do wear some H-D branded apparel along with shirts from different rallies. While I'm closer to being like one of the posers from Wild Hogs than a hard core biker, I'm having a ball and have met some interesting people.
