License Plate Loop Eliminator
Hey folks, new here and hoping you can help me, I once knew where to get these but now I can't remember. Does anybody know where to get these spiked license plate eliminator.

I've looked on ebay, no luck...I used to have a saved link to the company that made them and now I've spent hours looking and can't find them.
The left side loop bracket snapped for whatever reason and now I'm down till I can find these
