It seems stealing becomes confused into copying. It seems acceptable and promoted by their government. Plus the products are being made & shipped & retailed for the cost of the raw materials. I suspect that house of cards will collapse at some point.

A recent article in Canada Cycle magazine tells us that in China alone, 5 out of 6 Yamaha's aren't even Yamaha's at all. BMW found cheap copies of their F650 as well, after opening an assembly plant there. Cheap copies of mini bikes and scooters are all over the place, so it comes as no surprise to me that they have copied the Harley. Their leaders benefit so greatly from bribes and other forms of monetary ways that they have absolutely no incentive to enforce patent rights or any other IPR's.
