Most of the time alone or with my neighbour about 75% alone 25% with buddies, just easier sometimes alone as I tend to get my riding in between weekend "honey do's', my son's ice hockey ans soccer games/practice.
Seems to be that way most of the time,I have a couple people to ride with sometime but the guy who got me on his new bike and got me hooked barely has time to ride with 7 kids! He racked up a whole 1200 miles on his 06' since last May,I have 1300 on my 06' Sporty I got 3 months ago and only a couple good weeks of riding[8D]
I prefer to ride alone. My time off is precious so I don't want to spend it dealing with other peoples qwirts. Maybe when I retire I will try to develope some riding buddies. I have tried going with groups a few times and always regret it. When I see other people in groups having a good time I think there is something wrong with me. Do we have a forum shrink I could talk with ?.....CJ
None of my friends have bikes, so I am pretty much a forced lone wolf...I talk to people at meets and pubs and what have you, but never really make plans to ride with them...my bike riding life is too unpredictable to make plans and have riding partners...between work and the single parent thing, I usually have to steal time to ride. I like the solitude and freedom of being out alone, though. Go where you want, do what you want, without it being a group decision.

Yep, I ride alone. I've got 44,000 miles on my superglide and 43,000 miles were ridden alone. I like it that way. Group riding is OK, but alot of riders can't ride in a group. Hmmmm...maybe it's me. Guess I'll try and take the ERC soon. Its been 22 yrs since my last rider course.
We should start a new national club.... we never meet and never ride together. meetings are all held online, and only to make sure everyone is living up to the "we ride alone" creedo. The meeting would have to be in "forum" format because one of our bylaws would be we can't meet as a group of more than two online
