i don't have any but i'm thinkin about it after wearing my mom's when it was really windy yesterday cause i was cold and my jeans were flappin like none other till i put chaps on
I too have to wear khaki's to work and I wear mine when the bugs are really bad or the roads are wet just to keep my pants clean. I also wear them when it's cold. I was amazed at how much warmer they kept me
Rather be pluckin' gravel outa my leather than havin' someone else pluckin' it outa my legs or lungs.
I always wear my chaps at highway speeds....(seldom around town) and at least a vest and knuckle gloves. My chaps are light weight but still protect me from the cold wind, wayward rocks, and road rash.
Just picked up a pair today for $90.00
They are great for cool and cold days.
I got the kind without the belt but instead each leg has a loop that goes over your belt..
I thought wearing black leather was part of the fun.......
But seriously, I've got a Fatboy and I live in Georgia, lined chaps are a necessity from December to early March. Jeans and thermals just didn't cut it. Now it's themals, jeans, and lined chaps.
I know chaps serve a purpose but I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing those things. A pair of long johns and jeans is all I need to keep my legs warm. For some reason I think of "The Village People" when I see a guy wearing them. Now a babe with a nice **** wearing them is a whole different story.

Some people might say that I'm a babe with a nice ****...
Of course, then we're back to that whole Village People scenario again.
