Default Tuning problems

I have a 2014 Ultra Limited. I have installed a 4.5 Cobra Slip-on, Cobra A/C and Cobra headers. I'm also running the Power Vision tuner. It was running just fine with the stock header with the CAT. I just can't seem to get it tuned in with the new header. At a stop light when idling, the smell from the exhaust is very strong. I've been working with Dyno Jet on a better map with still no good results. Is it possible I have an exhaust leak?

How is your mileage? How does it run? Do an auto tune run and see if it helps. Be sure and make a copy of your current map to auto tune.

The milage is down to 33 mpg right now. I did save a copy of the original tune. It runs OK, but not great. With 90˚ temps in stop and go traffic, the hottest the CHT was 244˚. It seems a little cool to me. On the highway, the CHT goes down to 207˚ on the same hot day.

If you had an exhaust leak it would pop on deceleration, make sure that the O-2 sensors are in the proper position you can check here on the forum for the proper setup I believe the black one goes in the forward position, but check for yourself, see if that helps otherwise take it in and have it dyno tuned.

When I read your post I was very excited. I checked the way I hooked them back up, and I have the black one going to the back cylinder. I called the local Harley service center and the black does go to the back cylinder. Bummer.
