So what are your thoughts on the LED lighting that can be put on around the bike? I seen them at Sturgis last year and was thinking about getting them put on. I don't ride at night alot, so that is my drawback in forking out the $ for them.
I sure like mine. I have LEDs in all lights. The brake lights are extremely visible in the daytime, and have an attention getting flashing sequence. I have seen cars with these, and they are real attention-getters. Good stuff.
I assume you're talking about something like Lizard Lights? Unless you're into showing, not worth the $. A couple guys I know have them and use them very rarely while the bike is parked but not when riding. They rarely use them.
I want some. I do most of my riding in the dark. IMHO, the more visible I am the better for me.
Also, you can get some fairly decent ones at auto zone. I have some mounted under the bed rails of my truck and in my tool box. They're about 3 years old and no signs of giving up.
