in south ms i had a girl on the back of mine in a little 2 piece bikini going about 70 i seen something comming i duck and it hits her in the side... we pull over and green and yellowbug guts all over her and a big red mark on her side.. we washed off what we could,but it stained her skin...too 3 days to get it washed off....man i laughed soo hard. as for lovebugs i'm glad i got out of south ms.... love knoxville

Last summer I took a huge bumble bee to the front of my full face helment. It hit so hard I thought it had damaged the helmet.

Geeze a bug THAT size I'd be afraid if I tried to squash it with my shoe it would grab my foot and flip me over on the ground then beat the crap out of me... I repeat... EWWWWWWW

I took out a sparrow years ago in Vermont with my shoulder..damn near took me off the bike. Had a june bug hit me last summer, right cheek, cut me...heard a little voice behind me "thank you"..the OL saw it coming too!!!

We all have those horror stories, hahaha.
My windshield deflects most of them, but I will wear a clear faceshield when riding at night - solely due to the bug factor.
They hurt like hell.

A couple of years ago me and the wife were riding two up down a country road at about 50 mph. She had her arms around me and all of a sudden she starts squalling like she was being killed. I pulled over and found a bee stinger in her left pinky finger. After I pulled it out, she chewed my a$$ for at least 10 minutes because I had not "dodged" the bee!!! Guess I'm losing my touch. Couldn't "dodge" a bee at a closing speed of prolly 70mph!!!

WTF... IS THAT FOR REAL? I sure hope that's a very small hand or somebody's been workin' with Photoshop. Seriously, I've never seen a bug that big. You could damn near put a saddle on it.
