I bought a 2013 roadglide not knowing how long the road glide would be gone or what they would do. I saw the new one online and thought I was going to lust hard for it, I had the chance to see it in person and I actually hate it. Who knows if it will wear on me.overtime cause back in 2003 I bought a Electra glide cause I hated the roadglide. The speaker grills are even bigger in person, I hate absolutely everything about the new road glide and have never been happier with my bike. I would buy a Electra glide or a victory before this new bike, but who knows maybe it will grow on me, but not love at first sight for sure
ride that RG and enjoy it..be thankful you got a good "OLD " one
I also saw the CVO road glide ultra. Looks like the only way to get a ultra road glide is to buy a CVO, well thats too much money for me, glad i got my 2013 road glide now.
its already been put out that there will be a roadglide, and a roadglide special released.

I realize that, a road glide and RG special. i was referring to no ultra meaning no loaded RG with a trunk and lower fairings. There is also a CVO version. For the poster asking about 2015 bikes, i heard this tuesday it should be online. Dealer meeting is this tuesday, and they should be online shortly after or same time.
When should the 2015 line up be on website ? Colors prices and all the important info .
The dealers have had color charts for a couple months. They have been showing them if they know you but there are also pics of them on the forums somewhere.

I think you will be suprised and very well pleased when you get the chance to ride one.
I absolutely love my '12 Road Glide Ultra- BUT I did get to ride a '15 Road Glide Special recently at Rapid City HD demo days during the Sturgis Rally.
Handles like a dream, more power, finely got the handle bars right and great tunes and info-tainment. I want one. Can't have one for a couple of years - other financial commitments. Damn. Like a dog-in-heat, all I can think about.
