It is possible, but more likely in the handlebars. Your handlebars have rubber bushings from the factory and they can let the bars twist a bit. Start by loosening up the riser bolts and try 'resetting' the handlebars to square in the triple tree and see if that helps.
Forks can twist especially if your running without a fender. If twisting is an issue you can always add a fork brace for added stability. There is a couple of things I would check.
1. Is there any unusual wear on your front tire? If so that could be a indication that something is off.
2. While riding in a straight line, briefly take your hands off the bars and see if the bike noticeably tracks to the left or right.
Also, as already stated, check the handlebar alignment with the triple trees. If everything checks out then I would say this is just an illusion.
