Default Screwed up big time

So, I put some highway pegs on my wife's 15 street Bob. I used some stainless bolts. I went out there just now to take them off because I'm going to touch the brackets up some...and the bolts twisted off flush w the frame. Not sure if it galled or because the frame was a little warm or what. So I slowly drilled it out and tried to use my extraction tool. And of course that snapped off. So now I have 2 stainless bolts snapped off, one of them with an extraction bit snapped off it in.

Any advice?? Does there exist a bit that can drill this extraction bit out?

If you can find a carbide drill, and I don't mean a concrete drill, that would do it.

I found that online. Might have to pony up and buy a bit. Would cobalt do it?

I'm not sure what to do here. I'm not sure why they backed out a few turns then stopped and twisted off. I'm really worried about trying to take the other side off.

There's another thread going on about fixing top end clicking noises. One of the fixes requires drilling hardened steel. A member mentioned that a cobalt drill bit from Sears wouldn't even mark it, but a carbide drill bit from Harbor Freight went through it "like butter".

Just a thought.

Cobalt will not do it.
How square is the end of the broken extractor? What size bolt are we talking about?

The bolt is 3/8. When you say square... Do you mean flush? I'll snap a pic in a few.

Here's alink to a drill:

I mean does the extractor have a relatively flat surface where it is broken so you have half a chance of getting the drill started straight?

Also. Just tried the other side. First bolt out like butter. 2nd one is 1/4 the way out and it just freezes up. I think heat is being generated when it turn and it snugs up. It's not like bad threads. I'm backing it out, it tightens up. If I go to turn it back in its right there too.
