Hi all
I am trying to pick up a cheap passenger sissy bar for my SG. I have found one on ebay that came off a Wide Glide. The parts store on HD website suggests that pre 2010 they were the same and post 2010 they were different.
Can anyone confirm or deny this?
I don't know yet what year the item on ebay was from, but if anyone knows anything for definite, I'd really appreciate the help.
Thanks
That eBay item was actually listed wrong. Turned out it was for a Sportster.
Have now found someone selling the HD quick release sissy bar for my exact model, cheaper than HD themselves.
Plus, the previous owner of my bike already bought the right docking hardware for this bar and left it on the bike; so half the work is done.
All's well that ends well
