Default Anyone use the Biker Bar Trailing bar

I just picked up a new to me bike trailer for my Heritage..I was also able to pick a new Biker bar. Well pulled the bike in the trailer and all is well other then the floor is like 2 tiers..The rear wheel is about 2 " short of coming up on the same level with the front wheel. I am just curious if anyone else has ever installed the Biker Bar and had any issues with it when the wheels are not level..Thanks

Oh yea..I have the right bar..my question is the trailer..not the biker bar. My trailer floor is 2 tier. I am going to take a pic and post so you see what I am talking about

This pic is from the front of the trailer facing the rear.

The rear tire on the bike sits just in front of the spare tire on the small interior ramp. The ramp clears the axle. The trailer has tie downs and such but I will be loading most of the time by myself. I have a good flat place to mount the biker bar but my rear tire will be on the ramp making the bike want to roll back even when the trailer is level. If I mount the biker bar to the trailer, pull the bike up and lock in on the biker bar is it ok even though the bike wants to roll back? I wouldn't think it would make a difference but concerned..
