Default Spark Plug Wires

Is it best to stick with MoCo branded or are any quality wires GTG?

I'd stick with the SE wires. They're only $25.

I don't recommend the braided wires because for me, it's not a real good idea to have a bare polished metal coating wrapped around something that's carrying 125,000 amps of electrical current. If one were to develop a short for whatever reason it would let you know all about it right then and there. Will it kill you? No. They're just not worth it just for the look.

Trust me on this one: OEM wire and spark plugs are the way to go, period.

I agree with OldEnuf. I just replaced my OEM wires with the Screamin' Eagle and they are about 1.5 X thicker than stock. The more insulation around your plug wires the better.

My tuner also suggested the S/E wires.

I recommend against the stainless braided, also. Not because I'm worried about getting zapped, stainless steel braid isn't the slightest bit forgiving if allowed to come in contact with painted surfaces.

Is there any advantage to more expensive alternatives to SE? Such as RaceWire sold by FuelMoto:
http://www.fuelmotousa.com/series-19...plug-wire.html

Other than the lifetime warranty over the MoCo's 1 year limited warranty...

Different wire sizes, length, and/or material from OEM can mess with the ion sensing capabilities of the system and cause all kinds weird issues. "Upgrading" your plug wires will do virtually nothing for your performance.
