Default Vibration

I have a 2001 Ultra Classic with 44K miles. I took a trip from Michigan to Colorado a couple weeks ago. I decided to wash the bike on the way back. Power washed underneath and rinsed after soap scrub. When I got back on the road I noticed a significant vibration from about 50 - 70 mph that wasn't there before. I looked the bike all over and don't see anything different. The engine runs fine with no noticeable changes. I finished my ride home of about 600 miles with no issue other than that vibration. Any ideas? Point me in the right direction? Thanks for any help.
