I can feel vibration at my floorboards. seems to go away when i accelerate. bike is an 01 ultra with 57000 miles. will the front motor mount cause this?

 

It can do, but I would expect it to get worse with higher engine speeds. Try riding in a higher gear to see if the vibration problem goes away. Modern Harleys have very high gearing which can fool us into riding in the wrong gear at slower road speeds.
