Backfire through air cleaner

Backfire through air cleaner
I have a 2015 Road Glide Special. I recently had the Cobra Speedster duals, Powervision tuner, and the Roland Sands Clarity air cleaner installed.
I road up to Pennsylvania Monday (from Va) and noticed I would get backfires through the air cleaner at times while accelerating. I also noticed that while holding the throttle steady at a slow but constant acceleration it would slowly accelerate and then I would literally be thrown back in my seat with a ton of acceleration (I get the same result with the cruise control on).
Any thoughts? Regardless I'm taking it back to the shop that does my work Tuesday but would like advice in narrowing it down.

What NIL said. Getting the correct map should correct the problem unless you want to throw more money at it by dyno too
