This is my first post here. I went to check a Softail Slim today and really liked it and just looked up it's carfax now but I am not sure what it means since it's my first time looking a carfax up so I would like to know if the bike is clean or not?
It appears to have been written off by Progressive Insurance Company as a Total Loss. Looks like it was wrecked in May 2015. It is JUNK. DO NOT BUY IT.
Yup, looks like it was a total loss and has a salvage title.
I'd stay away from it.
It was totaled and someone "saved" it.
How well did they repair it? Not likely you'll be happy.
Not even sure what kind of hassle you'd have getting it insured and registered?
