Engine sputter

I have a 2016 switchback with a 103 HO motor,15,000 miles,k&n air filter,vance and hines big shots exhaust,v&have fuel pak 3,just roday the motor started spitting,sputtering and back firing at normal running rpm and speed,runs great over 3g and 70mph,not showing any codes,and suggestions thanks

Start simple. Maybe some injector cleaner in the gas tank, clean the air filter, and possibly change the spark plugs.

Sounds like low fuel pressure. Issue starts showing itself when fuel demands are high. EFI don't know anything about low fuel pressure so it won't toss a code. Get Pressure checked.
