Default 1200 conversion cost?

Hi, new to the forum.
I'm in the process of buying a 2013 Iron 883 and want to eventually convert it to 1200cc's using the Harley factory kit.
I've been advised to have it done at a Harley shop. So my question is, what should I expect to pay for Harley to install their kit on my 2013 (out of warranty) bike?
Thanks for any helpful responses.

considering the kit is 1200 dollars and requires some extra tuning, probably at 2k or above.

I just looked at their website and they make a 1275 kit and the 1250 kits are being sold for $549

Hi from the UK and welcome to HDF. We have an active Sportster section, where you will find plenty of advice and help to upgrade your bike. The 1200cc kit is expensive and there are less expensive ways of upgrading, which will also give much better performance improvements. A favourite over there is the Hammer kit referred to by Idahokid. We even have threads where members have reported on their installations and results.
