I will start off by saying that I am new to doing any kind of work on my 883 Iron Sportster...
I was doing the 5k service and when I took off the cover to adjust the clutch and about a cup of oil spilled out because I didn't have the bike level. Would there be enough oil left to take the bike to get more oil?
Depends on how far you go.
2 or 3 miles? sure.
Forget about it and ride to your next fluid change? Maybe, maybe not.

Hi from the UK and welcome to HDF. If you don't have a genuine factory service manual, now is the time to get one! It will advise you on how to do all the service on your bike and the correct oil levels, etc. Personally I would top it up to the correct level, as that oil doesn't need to be changed until 10k miles.
