Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum and I have a 2017 Road Glide Ultra. I have the quick disconnect tour pac kit installed with the license plate "billboard" sticking up off the fender.
I would like to reverse the plate location to sit below the tail light. I have found a light down replacement lens but cannot find a bracket to mount the license plate below the light.
I had seen a post somewhere that you could reverse the kit license plate mount bracket but that puts the bracket mounting hole 90 degrees opposite.
Any ideas or suggestions for a mod would be appreciated!
What I did on my ultra classic is I bought the chrome lay down plate bracket for a soft tail and bolted that to the rear fender. Looks really good when the tour pac is not on the bike but my plate is above the tail light .
I used a bracket from these guys on my Ultra Classic. No drilling required and works great. I think this one will fit yours, but I"d call them and verify..

I am looking for a solution that mounts above the taillight since I have pinstripes I don't want covered up. Do you have pics of how the Deluxe bracket looks?
