My 1992 FLHTCU did it ... My 2009 has done it since the day I bought it new ... No perceivable rpm drop but you can feel a minimal change of the "smoothness" when engaging the front brake ... even at an idle in neutral ...

Just watch the front wheel with it idling in neutral on the jiffy stand. When you apply the front brake, the front wheel is for all intents and purposes is a fixed part of the lower fork - there is no longer any ability to slightly rock on the axle. You're just changing the vibration characteristics/path through the chassis. It's neat to watch.

You can also feel it if you're at a light in neutral and you apply/let off the front brake.
