Default Evo intake on a twin cam?

So here’s my dumb question for the day. Will an evo intake manifold fit on a twin cam 88? I have a 2003 fatboy that I’m converting from efi to carb. I’m looking to install a super e on it and I’ve heard of people using evo intakes on tc engines. Am I in the right ballpark?

According to all my research, yes it'll bolt up. One of my future projects is an EFI conversion on my 1994 Road King using a 2004 Ultra throttle body and Microsquirt. All the research I did says it'll bolt up.

Have I ever done it? no.

I've use Evo G manifolds on TCs.. They only thing you need to do is drill the boss for the MAP sensor. If the Evo manifold is early enough it won't have the boss. You can still install the map sensor you need to mill a flat. Sealing area gets kind of thin..

This is the first time I’ve heard the term “Evo G”. I’m assuming this is a later style evo engine. I’m doing a complete ecm delete and using a stand alone Thunderheart ignition , so I won’t be using the MAP sensor. So does that mean any evo intake will work?
