Deka Battery

Well the battery on my RG has bitten the dust and much to my surprise I found the invoice from when I bought it. April 2014 that is pretty good for a motorcycle battery. I do keep it on a battery tender when not in use and I do not remove it in the winter, just keep it plugged in. So two thumbs up for Deka, just bought a Harley replacement because I got a great deal on it so I will have to see if it stands the test of time. Although I have heard that Deka makes Harley Batteries, I compared the two and Deka has white case with 400 cca 30 ah and Harley black case with 405 cca and 28 ah. From the top they are identical.

Deka's pretty big in the commercial battery market.

Dekas are all I use for my boat. They last longer than any others I have tried.

I have Deka in my bike now. I was fortunate to have a Deka distributor across the street from my former work place and they gave us a discount. I would always use a Deka.
