I recently took my '02 Dyna apart several times to repaint the whole thing. First time I put the bike back together it worked fine, however, I had to take it apart again to install two new rocker arm assemblies. After putting it back together a second time, I got the following issues:
Exhaust pops constantly and backfires when given full throttle
HD techs said there is NO compression going to the front cylinder (wanted to tear down and rebuild my engine for $1,000+ - I said "no")

Things I checked:
Spark plugs are fine
Plug wires are good (both were checked by myself and HD)
All fuses are good
I can't find this specific "no compression" issue anywhere after taking apart a bike. Any help would be much appreciated. It's an '02 model but I only just bought it at the end of January from Harley.
