Sorry , don't know much about the Thundermax but it could very well be , check your connections to the unit and make sure they are clean and free from corrosion , plugged in tight and secure . I would also check your connections at the injectors and the TPS as well .
Problem solved. After all the troubleshooting my final step was to re-boot and reinstall a new map in the Thundermax. Things happen.
