Anti Lean Switch?
Hello forum members. I have a 1990 Evo, cutting out sporadically. We've eliminated everything we can think of as a cause but my mechanic thinks it could be a switch that disables the engine if the bike goes down. I cant find any sign of it in my service manual. in researching I've found that sidecar bikes have a Bank Angle Switch, don't see anything on two wheelers having one. Would appreciate any input. Thanks.

I don't know when they added this feature. A buddy's 2004 had it, not sure if my '91 did or not. If your bike has such a switch, you will be able to clear this by disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. Maybe there are other ways, but this will work.
