Default Saddlemen keep on having delay

I know typically Saddlemen always delivers quickly based on the reviews I am seeing here. What is the typical waiting time for step up right now? The reason I am asking is because I paid and submitted my order on July 25th and was promised August 15th for completion date but I got a reply today that there is delay and it will be end of August before mine is completed. At this point I begin to doubt it because they missed the original promise and I had to actively ask the sales associate for any update, they did not have the initiative to let me know when they missed the promised August 15th completion date. Does anyone have a good contact inside? I think I might just have a slow sales associate?

The virus has many companies either shutdown or at a minimal capacity. I am sure you will get your order, keep checking with them.

I always recommend folks go with mustang or le pera. Not sure they are having the same issues. Give them a shot and good luck!

I called Mustang today, and they told me they're out of stock on a lot of things, and there's a 6-8 week shipping delay on new seat orders right now. No doubt all the other seat companies are experiencing the same problems with supply.

Cheers!
