Is that the H-D factory manual? Doesn’t look like it. Brembo calipers in the H-D manual state 28-38 ft lbs so I’d say it’s probably accurate for what you’re working on.

The caliper spec is correct but the pad pin spec is not.
Ya get what ya pay for. Paid ****, got ****...thats karna for buying stolen property. Good thing you didn't get hurt or worse yet, hurt someone else because you wanted to save a few bucks. Now go buy a factory service manual and all is forgiven.

"Sniff". Now I've been sufficiently admonished for being cheap and trusting someone else. But I didn't pay for anything stolen.

Been saying this for years about cheap, chinese look alike crap like carbs and everything else you can think of. Until they start making it a crime to buy it as well as sell it tho...
Not to mention it just drives up the cost of the real deal in the first place.
I have found some mistakes in the service manual for my 15 Tri-Glide involving the front brake bleeder locations. Found a mistake in my owners manual for my 92 Heritage too. I reported both th HD and they said it happens once in awhile and thanked me. Just goes to show you if you don't think it's correct, look at it alittle deeper before continuing.
The engineering genius who did the calculation for in lb to ft lb must have been using metric inches....
Throw that manual into the garbage can.
Well actually I told my friend to hit the "Delete" garbage can since he downloaded it on his phone. You can't trust anything or anyone these days. I just knew when he showed me that there was no way I was tourqeing those pad pins to 30ft lbs. I actually catch a lot of misprints in reading stuff. Wonder how I can get paid for proof reading?
