Spray a little brake clean around that and keep an eye on it. I would not advise to clean it off, start it and let it run a few times. I would clean the area and let it sit. When the weather is agreeable, check to make sure it's still dry, go for a short 5-10 mile ride and check when you get back home. If still leaking, go back to dealer.
I would also recommend you buy the service manual and the parts manual. Both are great reference for you when you work or do something. And I also recommend you get a three ring binder and record all your maintenance, repairs, services, accessories, etc. Nice way to keep track of things.
BTW - why wouldn't it be a good idea to just run it in neutral for 10 minutes or so (varying the RPM)?
Because everything on the bike comes up to temp, all systems are working, and you would not get the engine and trans up to operating temps, which could create condensation. Condensation is bad!! It does not look like a major issue, so I would clean and ride and keep an eye on it. Maybe it is assembly lube and it may not leak again. Or maybe it is an issue, you would need to have dealer address. Regardless, doesn't look like a major issue that could not wait a bit and get some miles on your new scoot!!
