That's correct. For me, I've been using the Bluetooth feature since the 660.

I'm guessing you ride with some type of Bluetooth headset? The audio out feature is probably more important to people that would like to integrate their GPS with the audio system already installed on their motorcycle and hear their music/GPS commands via their stereo speakers. If you are using some type of headset or wireless helmet communication device, this feature probably isn't very important.

Yep, that's it exactly. I have bluetooth in-ear monitors.
