Mean City
I have a La Pera Maverick on my 2019 Street Glide. Planning a cross Canada trip but I'm not sure if it will be comfortable enough. I've looked at every seat out there but keep coming back to Mean City. I'm stuck on sending them my stock seat or the La Pera? The La Pera had a much better seat pan. Any thoughts?

I had a Street Glide seat modified by Mean City Cycles on a CVO Electra Glide (2004). Once I installed it, I never thought about my seat again. Did a couple of Iron Butts on it and quite a bit of touring around the west. I'm on a Heritage now and my current plan is to send them my OEM seat for their magic.

I have had four seats done by MCC. One stock, 3 Mustangs. All were/are great. I would send them BOTH, lol, but if I had to choose one it would be the stock since you can sell the LePera and pay for the MCC mod.

Sent MC my stock seat when I first got my trike. I don't give the seat a thought now. I always bought new seats for any bike I had. this time out I thought to save myself $700 and have the stock seat reworked. Mean City gets my vote every time.
