What spark plugs are you using ? Some aftermarket plugs can cause havoc , stick with oem .
Pick up an inline spark plug tester and see if it's a misfire issue , make sure your plug wire boots are fully seated .
May want to trace your wires back from the coil connector and look for a break / short , or check the connector for a loose / broken pin . ( my guess here )
Check you grounding points also , should be 2 posts just under the rear of the tank , clean and tighten .
Check the connector at the ecm as well and make sure there is no corrosion built up . Pull main fuse before you do this .
Something I always do is use a can of electrical contact cleaner and hit all my connectors , just make sure you pull the main fuse , let connectors dry , then re connect , you can do the fuse box , basically anything that corrosion can build up and cause issues .
Here is the update, the ecm dropped the map. Not sure how that happened but I contacted vance and hines and explained what was happening, they did their magic and I downloaded it, flashed it and it is running good. Thank you all for the advice.
