Running rough seemingly not on
All cylinders...... like a car runs when you have 2 plug wires crossed... I have new plugs...... how do I check the plug wires and coil? And is this carburetor related and if so how do Ist this? By the way this is on a2001 dyna lowrider 1450cc

Basically I reading that you think your 2001 FXDL is down on power. With a 2 cylinder only motor, if the plug wires were crossed, the motor won't run. 
Besides your BTW, what is good to know is:
1. Miles
2. How long the bike has run this way.
3. How long it's been in your possession or more correctly how long you've been riding it.
4. If it has been sitting.
5. Any possible work before the issue.
6. How long it's had the problem.
