After 150 kms of riding under overcast cloudy day, I noticed oil like liquid dripping inside glass cover of the speedometer of my new 2021 FLHXS. When I reached home, the same, albeit less, also was present in the tachometer dial. I also noticed it happening in the dials of my Heritage and the digital dash of my Vespa. With the Vespa it just dries up and seem to disappear. I have yet to give the affected dials of this Street Glide more time to find out that they will dry up without leaving any noticeable trace in both dials. Is this a warranty issue? Have you had the same issue with your bike’s dials?
Harley has been working on a fix for this for a while. At least since 2004!?? New as your bike is, if it doesn't dry up, the will probably replace them
Adid s signature line for the future on your exact model year and all the letters Harley identifies it with.
Here is the marks left behind after it dried up. So frustrating to have paid for what is supposedly a premium quality motorcycle and experience this !!!

Had mine replaced under warranty on my 2017 FLHTCU. Have not had an issue with the gauges on my 2019 FLHTCUTG. Some do some don't.
Take it to your dealer and let them have a looks at it.
Yes, it's weird how some of the exact same gauges will have condensation issues and others won't. I power-wash my bike regularly and have no qualms about spraying over the gauge faces. Never a drop inside. Yet some just get it from ambient humidity.
HD may say "they all do that", but if you have warranty, take a swing at getting that cluster replaced. I wouldn't be happy with those witness marks inside at all.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone used a pressure washer on the bike, and it forced soap past the o-ring or gasket that seals the gauge. Being there's no mechanical gears in that type of speedo. My old analog gauge was making a weird sound one time, and a spray of wd 40 in the hole where the cable hooks up, quieted that down. But that's not the case here.,,,
