Ok I’m in the process of changing my bars on my 2010 Street Glide and I have a question for those who have done internal wires. Did you run the switch wires first or after the throttle sensor wires or do both at same time? I’m thinking of both at the same time but figured I’d ask here before I do it. Thanks ahead of time!

I put LA chopper twin peaks on mine. Found it easier to do it separately. I removed the oem wire wrap and replaced with wire sheathing. Makes for a nice tight wire bundle. Lubed it up and pulled it through. Takes a little work but they go. Bigger issue is the green plug on TBW . It would not make the corners on my bars. Some cut the plug off and solder the wire. This was not necessary, if you break apart the plug you can retain the male /female pin connectors. I just added heat shrink tubing to each, reconnected wires and heat shrinked. Not wire cutting or soldering needed.
many remove the oem wire wrap and leave wires bare and pull them thru. I’d be concerned abraiding the bare wires on rough internals of the bars.
