I bought my first 2016 Harley Sportster 883 and have come across issues including the misfiring etc. Took it to the dealer to investigate and who gave me a list of fault codes . I was hoping to get some help from the experts here and their thoughts before I let the dealer work on it as pretty sure the bill will be high. Any suggestions will be much appreciated !!

Your historic codes can be cleared, but he current ones will stay as long as the fault is present.
Since there are so many electrically related faults, I'm guessing you have an intermittent connection somewhere. Perhaps a bad ground or the pins in one or more of your connectors aren't making good contact.
