Anyone know what the screw is so I can get a replacement? Hopefully from Home Depot or something,

Take the other one out, take it to a hardware store and match it up.

Try this link

https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson....9?locale=en_GB

1 Screw, #8-36, Torx (2) (for All Kits Except 29400339) 10500039
Screw, #8-36, Torx, black oxide (2) (For Kit 29400339) 10200552

I think this is the insert that you have

I always get stainless screws/bolts for applications like this. And I always buy a couple extra and store in my nuts and bolts boxes.

I went to the Home Depot and couldn’t find the equivalent to any of the parts I needed: p/n 874, p/n 4617, or p/n 102000552.

Don't go looking for a specific part number; they probably won't know that. Based on 14GueineaPig's post, what you need to ask for is a #8-36 screw. That is a # 8 screw with fine threads (36 threads per inch). I can't tell from the picture, but it's probably a pan head or a flat head. I agree with QC; take the one that you have and match it up; should be "falling off a log" simple that way.

Find an Ace hardware, they have a very nice selection of that kind of stuff even chrome and stainless steel. Worse comes to ARP online will hook you up
