Don't go looking for a specific part number; they probably won't know that. Based on 14GueineaPig's post, what you need to ask for is a #8-36 screw. That is a # 8 screw with fine threads (36 threads per inch). I can't tell from the picture, but it's probably a pan head or a flat head. I agree with QC; take the one that you have and match it up; should be "falling off a log" simple that way.
I went to the Home Depot and couldnt find the equivalent to any of the parts I needed: p/n 874, p/n 4617, or p/n 102000552.
