07 electra glide possible ignition switch problem
While riding yesterday my bike died and then started again. I was going about 50mph and all of a sudden everything went dead. I saw the gauges sweep down and lost power. Just as fast it all came back so I pulled over to check on it. It seemed like the ignition switch just got turned off and then back on. I pulled the seat off and checked the battery connections which were tight. The battery is a Duracell only 3 months old. All looked fine so off I went and made it home with no other problems. Today I checked the ground cable at the case. I pulled it off and cleaned the connection that did look dirty but not loose. Then I tried to start it. It did start but died just as fast and the radio came on. The radio comes on when replacing the battery so now Im really confused. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
