So I noticed like the last few times I been on gravel road stay in 2nd or 3rd gear but like when I go to stop for maybe 15 min or so then I try to start bike up sometimes it wont start then you got to let it sit for awhile to cool down then it starts right up but I never have that problem out on the road is the starter getting hot or is my starter going and ideas
Should make not difference what type of road you are on. Have you tried running in 2nd or 3rd gear on a regular road to see if the issue repeats itself.
My thought is:
Take the battery out and have it load tested to ensure the battery is good and has good cold cranking amps.
If the battery is good, put it back in and check all the cable connections to ensure they are tight.
Sounds like the battery, hot starts become a problem when they're on the way out. I had the same issue, stop for gas, barely crank and no start. Leave it sit for 10 or 15 minutes, starts right up no problem.

Get yours load tested
ya its the original battery that came with the bike I bought it in 2016
Ok ya I took it to a place and I am pretty sure they did that but its just weird cause it dont do that if I am out on the road it if I am on gravel I try to stay in 2nd or 3rd so I do t know if its just gets so hot when I on gravel or what but my brother his bike dont do that when we are on gravel cause I know we did a stop cause we took like beer break and I was going to move my bike out of sun and put it in the shade but the ****er would not start it made noise but I didnt want to keep cranking it so I left it sit and she fired right up so I have no idea whats going on
