is it worth while???
the machine is set up as a whole to run as built. as commentated on, $$$$$ involved to change things. another thing to think about, if it matters, is that anything you do to change as built is frowned upon by big brother. if you did not want to deal with it, why did you buy the machine when there are other non cali machine out there, shoot buy a vintage machine, probably out run what you got!!!
I did not buy this bike. I won it in sturgis. It has the 114 and feels like it has less power than my 107. That is why I want to remove Cali emissions plus Cali emissions just destroy engines

There is zero power output to be gained from this in the year 2022. If it really does have less power, you have a separate issue. Modern emissions components do not cause performance loss.
I just got a 22 road glide special that is carb compliant and I live in Indiana. How do I go about removing the carb compliant components ?
You can do a third party dyno tune to it. It will void the powertrain warranty.
I purchased a CA VIN (Carb compliant) 2022 Fat Boy. From my experience, far less pain to leave it alone until the warranty runs out.
I ended up doing a full Stage IV upgrade, with new pipes and intake as well. Had the shop tune it (non screaming eagle tune), which voids the powertrain warranty. Runs great though.

Man, you are one misinformed dude. Removing emission components will net you zero gain unless you want to replace components like the exhaust and air cleaner. There is nothing C.A.R.B. compliant on your bike that is going to destroy your engine.
