Hello All,
i'm trying to install a bungking crash bar on my 2022 Low Rider ST , but unfortunately i was not able to remove T45 screws which are used by driver footpeg brackets. Does anyone had this problem? How can be solved? I used the right tool but i stripped screw head without obtain any result.
Any suggestion or help will be really appreciated :-)
Leonardo
Remove it by drilling off the damaged head of the screw. Using a screw you have removed as a guide, use a drill bit the same diameter as the shank of the screw.

Thanks Phil, this is my last choice, because i'm scared to damage the chassis... Do you know if footpeg screws are locked by Loctite?
Yes, they use loctite. With the head of the screw removed the pressure on the shank will be relieved and you should be able to put vice grips on what's left of the shrank to remove it.
