Default Clutch ring gear

I did a clutch basket bearing replacement like the manual shows I supported the clutch basket on the wood blocks and started to press out the ring gear moved not the bearing WTH I thought I had warped the ring gear but seen it moved from the flange so I was able to knock it down to the flange with wood and hammer.

I made a wooden jig to support the chain teeth not the ring gear the bearing finally moved to press out. And the shift shaft seal I added a couple of o rings behind the washer I’ll see how it works it leaked not too long after I replaced it 2 yrs ago.

This 1/2 plywood to fit between the teeth and the lip on the housing worked like a charm

Had to add extra support in the middle with notched 2x4

This how manual says to do it even though I did it this way 3yrs Ago with no problems when I replaced the clutch hub it had broken splines

The race is fine the gap looks wide enough to put that race puller insert down in there.

Seeing that you have the inner primary off, I would replace the seal with the proper one.. Oil Seal # 11000101 there real cheap and worth the work since you have everything apart..
